We only work with a very small number of clients at any one time and will promise that there is no conflict of interest as we will not undertake similar searches in terms of location and purchase point . Now is a great time to buy! Anyone completing on a main residence costing up to £500,000 between 8 July and 31 March 2021 will not pay stamp duty, and more expensive properties will only be taxed on their value above that amount. This will save buyers as much as £15,000, if they are buying a property of £500,000 or more.

This is an important part of the process and wherever possible we like to meet in person but are equally happy to arrange a call by telephone or face time so we can truly understand what you are looking for and what is important to you.

Consultation
We offer a complimentary 45 minute consultation where we either meet you in person or arrange a telephone call or face time call to discuss your wish list and search criteria We can also put you in touch with our expert team of preferred Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors to help you get started.
Research
We research your preferred areas and locations and help you identify the best place to live. We will also provide a summary of what potential properties sold for in the past, recently sold prices in the area and information about your preferred location to give you comparisons and peace of mind.
Evaluation
We provide a list of recommended properties for you to review that fit your brief and budget in your preferred location and often add a wildcard into the mix. We often will know about properties that are not currently on the market giving you the opportunity to see them before other potential buyers.
Arrange Viewings
We speak to the estate agent or owner of the property and arrange suitable viewing times to suit your diary. We also offer to arrange to meet you and accompany you on the viewings if preferred and offer advice once you have decided which property you would like to purchase.
Table the offer
We are happy to make the offer to the estate agent or owner of the property and negotiate the best price achievable on your behalf. Our experience of the market , local knowledge and negotiation skills mean we can often secure a purchase price that takes care of the fee in the savings achieved. .
Exchange Contracts
We will support you right through to exchange of contracts and our success fee is only charged once contracts have been exchanged.

He then moved to Stoke Newington 20 years ago and bought a loft apartment which he sold 6 years later for a considerable profit. He moved to Blackheath 14 years ago and bought his first house and loves the area. He has had a successful career in Search and Selection and has worked successfully with Estate Agents as a property broker for home buyers helping people onto the property ladder , buy investment flats and find their dream homes . He has a handful of select buy to lets in South East London and has built strong relationships with all the local agents. His passion for property led him to setting up Homesearchers with Dorne and Sara who he has successfully worked together with for over 10 years. Away from property finding Paul loves football and music and is a songwriter who has had his songs published and he even has a gold disc!

She has a passion for property and has built up many contacts in the sector. From a very early age my Mother and I would enjoy a Saturday morning together at the kitchen table, looking over all the property papers to see which new houses had come on the market. As a single parent she raised me to work hard and dream big. I watched her buy and renovate houses most people would never dream of viewing and some of my fondest memories are of our weekends stripping wallpaper together and singing loudly to whatever songs we heard blasting out the radio.
Perhaps it’s unsurprising that I went on to become an Estate Agent and later marry the love of my life, a Builder. Together we have successfully negotiated, bought, built and renovated lots of houses both for our customers and ourselves. I am passionate about property and now enjoy helping my Husband run our small and successful building firm in the heart of Surrey whilst juggling our two beautiful children and Lady the British Bulldog.
